All editorial content, proprietary hierarchy algorithms, SVG map artwork, UI card layouts, photographic curation, textual dossiers, and code structures published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Sortnestrout Travel Media Ltd or its licensors, protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and database protection laws.

  • Permitted Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read our European city and country guides for private, non-commercial travel planning.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not scrape, republish, mirror, reverse engineer, resell, or ingest our editorial datasets into automated large language models (LLMs) or commercial travel aggregators without prior express written authorization.

3. Accuracy of Travel Information & Editorial Disclaimer

While our scouts make diligent efforts to verify railway timetables, cable car operating seasons, museum ticket prices, and Swiss Pass discounts as of 2026, travel conditions change frequently due to weather, maintenance, seasonal schedules, and municipal regulations.

ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Sortnestrout expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Swiss law, Sortnestrout Travel Media Ltd, its directors, employees, and field scouts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) errors or omissions in travel guides; (b) personal injury, alpine accidents, or delays occurring during travel; (c) third-party transit cancellations or service interruptions (such as SBB rail maintenance); or (d) unauthorized access to our communications servers.

Sortnestrout does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or booking transactions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the ordinary courts of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.
